What the GPS game? I heard there are like GPS games one can play are the sites for this? I live in the Dallas Metro area.
GPS scavenger hunt game??? I was wondering if anyone knew what the website was for the GPS game. The one where there are treasures at certain places around the world and you can them. Any information on the game would be great!
...anyone heard of this new retail gps "game" that is pulling... A very sharp shoe company in Lynchburg, VA has developed a brilliant new way to pull people into stores to buy their shoes. Consolidated Shoe has created a treasure hunt game for their Palladium travel shoe brand based on the hot underground sport of geocaching (one of the fastest growing activities on the planet). In the worldwide version 250,000 active caches – containing anything from poetry to cash – are hidden in remote locations in over 220 countries. Geocachers use computers and GPS (Global Position System) units to locate these caches while they hike in the woods or climb mountains. Palcaching, a proprietary urban version of geocaching, took to city streets in late April and is now going strong in NYC, Atlanta, Portland, San Francisco, Chicago and Seattle. Clues to free shoes, cash and other prizes can be spotted on the street or in parks or found online. I've got to believe this type of interactive marketing is the way of the future. What do you think...? If I was going to get a cell phone, what is the best phone and plan? I would not use it alot. I don't need a family plan. I do need to be able to call anywhere. I don't care about a camera, computer access, GPS, games. music or any of that stuff. Just a phone. A phone that works.
How much do soccer players run in a game? OK, here's the scoop. A gropu of students from our university just started a club team. The problem is that they don't feel running is vital to the game (which anyone with half a brain would know they are wrong). A few years back, I saw a thing during a game on tv that was talking about GPS tracking of certain players and saying how many miles they covered. Anyone have an idea of where I can find these types of stats? I would like to have something like this to prove to people that running IS important since they don't view their lack of winning ways have anything to do with not working on conditioning. Thanks. Apparently a few people didn't read the whole explanation/question. I'm looking for actual stats, not guesses. This was recent too. I've see the Everton thing before, but I was talking about something I saw with Figo and then I've seen a few times with the US women's team (also wanted something in our players' lifetimes! haha). Will the PSP Camera & GPS be released before XMas in the US? If not then what are they waiting for and why is there no official news about it? The camera has been out in Japan for over a month so, why hasn't Sony made it available here if its done? There are not enough good games to justify spending the money. We need more options!

I'm searching for a new laptop...? I'm about to buy a new laptop and am looking for suggestions on what specs I should get. I'm going to be using it at school (i'm a college student) and will be running programs like AutoCAD, Photoshop, a limited number of games, and also for downloading music and photos. I was also thinking about getting a TV tuner and/or GPS system because I travel a lot. I'm looking for suggestions on how much memory I should get, harddrive capacity, processor specs, brand issues, etc etc etc. I don't think I can have a mac, although I would love one.
Do you think today's technology...? ...is making the world too fast? In other words, with cell phones, GPS Systems, Laptop computers, etc... do you think that people are just flying through life without even stopping to smell the flowers, as the old saying goes? I do! I just think it's awful that people have a phone attached to their ear, and inside that telephone is a computer with music, email, a camera, a mapping system, games, and who knows what else. Do humans not want to interact with humans anymore? tnk...I am the only person in the free world who doesn't seem to see a cell phone as being a necessary bodily attachment. Sidekick3 vs. Motorolla Razr? What do you guys think is bettter? I have one, my friend has the other, we disagree on whick is better. Stats: Razr is cute and thin and pink and it has text pix ind flix, gps, harder yo navigate than SK3 more backrounds SK3 is bigger, not as cute, only 4 backgrounds to choose from,swivel top, email, text IM web browser, music player and games.
my brother lost my psp is there a way to get it back? and to top that off he lost his friend's game and my 1 gig with all my homebrew. should i try and force my brother to pay up or is there another way. he said sony has a way to track them down like gps but i doubt it?he thinks he lost it at school with low battery and has a suspion on who has it but i think it may be a dead end. he told me that the person said his battery died down and that he couldn't charge it because he got his charger wet and thinks he lieing. so is he paronoid? i have the oringinal box and it has serial number for registration. can i use that for something? i also do not go to the same school as my brother and also should i beat him up or loose all hope?
