Looking for game rules for 7-Spot Yott, Classic Games Company, Inc. copyright 1977? I am looking for a copy of the game rules for a dice game called 7-Spot Yott, made by Classic Games Company, Inc. and copyrighted in 1977. This game is no longer published and I have searched the web for hours looking for information on this game. This game is a great deal like Yahtzee and it uses dice and game pads. On any new sims games why can't they make a sims game where you can play... when ever you buy a new sims game why can't you just add it to the game you are already playing like the glamor life or the regular sims 2 game. I just bought the sims 2 pets game but it won't let me play my other games such as fun stuff or open for business. I have purchased all of the different sims game except for about 3. please find one of the sims game which I can play all the expansion packs on one game. If you can't come up with something that will play all the sims games then I will no longer purchase another sims game.

iPod Games Don't Work.? I downloaded a set of 3 games off of LimeWire and they don't work. It says to extract "iPod Games Library.ipl" to My Music\iTunes and to extract the games and "Downloads" (there was only an empty folder named Downloads) to My Music\iTunes\iPod Games. I did and iTunes says that my computer isn't authorized to play those iPod games. The games are in .ipg format I got a set of all 8 games and it only had the games and a file called .DS_Store. Can someone with iPod games tell me how to get them to work? The idea is that I want the games for FREE and I can't get them to work. I already scanned it for viruses.

Video games through the ages? I am 33 and have played just about every video game type out there. I remember ZORK in the 70's and 80's where to do any action you pushed buttons like N for north or S for south, and typed in your commands. then in the 80's we had video games come out like Dragon's Lair which to this day is still in my oppinon the best arcade game ever. It brought about story and action into a game. Now all we get are sports games (woopee doo). Today we have 3-D modeling games where you see your charector, you can move in various ways, and really total freedom of movement. I still have in my collectrion of games some of the oldest video games (I still play ZORK for fun sometimes) ANyone else still play those old games? what are your favorites of all time?

Which game system and games would you recommend for children from 4... My hospital is trying to decide what game system we need to purchase and install in our playroom for sick children. We are having a cabinet maker build a wall mount assembly to hold up the game system and a flat panel tv. We would need to have some age specific games for kids 4 to 9 and then 10 and up. We would also try to stay away from violent games because of the age groups. A local GameStop store has suggested that we might want a GameCube since they have more kid friendly games. Also, the GameStop people are possibly looking to donate a game or two for our special project. So if you know what games we should start with, it would be a great help for us if you listed them. What good games are there for the gamecube? Any good game recommendations? I don't much care for RPG games.. I find them boring. Puzzle games (Tetris) are 'ok'. I also don't care much for shooter games that would play better on PCs.. like Half-Life or Doom. I like other games.. adventure games like the Mario games. I like fighting games where it's got a very arcade-ish feel to it, it's quick, and fun. I like racing games, cars-jetskis-snowboards-gokarts.. or whatever! I'm open to suggestions!

PSP games...? These games prove that they have staying power. I mean will we even know what these new games are like 10-15 years or even remember them? The reason is that kids don't understand how we got to where we are now in terms of video gaming graphics. It's unfortunate that they missed the evoulution. Although, I missed the evolution of gaming in the 70's. Regaurdless, I wouldn't trade growing up in the late 80's for anything because we that these games had something about them...fun factor. Ok well im a begginer at C++ language, but i kinda wanted to learn more of the game parts of C++ and i dont know what the call that or anything in the game field becuase i dont want to spend my time making stupid programs that mean nothing to me... Can a USA Game Boy Player play Japanese Game Boy Advance games? Game Boy Player is the accessory that plays all Game Boy games. A Game Boy Advance has the ability to play both North American and Japanese cartridges. However, Gamecube doesn't play Japanese game discs. The North American Game Boy Player firsts reads the disc, and then starts the Game Boy Player. So it may be possible that Japanese games still work on it, but I am not sure. If anyone could please cite a source I could read when answering the question. Thanks!

Do you think the NBA fixes games? The NBA doesn't fix games. That's impossible. And stupid. It could never happen. But there are three major problems here. First, Dwyane Wade shot as many free throws (25) as the entire Dallas team in Game 5. I just don't see how there's any way this can happen in a fairly-called game. It's theoretically impossible. Second, everyone knew the officiating would be a problem heading into this series because of Cuban's past problems with the league. No team depends on the refs quite like the Heat. When the refs are calling all the bumps on Shaq and protecting Wade on every drive, they're unstoppable. When they're calling everything fairly, they're eminently beatable. If they're not getting any calls, they're just about hopeless. The officiating in Game 3 (the last five minutes were just obscene) and Game 5 (again, a top-five debacle) was absolutely atrocious. Third, here's a theory on referees that was described in a blog last spring: "I don't think the NBA fixes games, but they have one trick that they use for situations like this -- when they want a home team to win the game, they invariably assign the worst referees possible to that game for two reasons: Bad referees have a tendency to get swayed by the home crowd, and bad referees never have the stones to make a tough call on the road. In a related story, I went to 35 Clippers games this year and kept a list of the referees in my pocket which I also used to follow the referees for any televised games. And yes, the referees in the NBA -- as a whole -- have never been worse. But there were six referees that stuck out as being especially terrible." Then I went on to list the worst six referees. Here was No. 2 on the list: "2. Bennett Salvatore -- Always one of the worst, he took it to another level this season. If you see him on the court at the start of the game, get ready for about six technicals, two near-brawls and both coaches having to be restrained by their assistants at various times." Why is this relevant? Not only did Salvatore officiate Game 4 of the Suns-Lakers series (the one where Kobe tied it at the end of regulation and won it at the end of OT on two shaky non-calls on Nash, both by Salvatore), not only did Salvatore officiate Sunday night's Game 5 (in which Miami had a 40-12 free-throw advantage at one point), but Salvatore called the foul on Wade's final drive in overtime (remember, the call where ABC couldn't find a replay to show that anyone touched him?) even though he was standing at midcourt a full 35-40 feet from the play, and even though two other refs were closer to the play. Not only was that NOT his call, he butchered it. I'm asking OTHER people you know. I'm just sharing my views and letting people know the facts

About games...? I've got a couple of questions about games. First off, I have a Toshiba Sattelite notebook with 2GB RAM and 1.7Ghz Centrino Duo. Graphics card is an intel, I believe it is a 128. I have Fable and can play it on a low setting with virtually no lag (Except when I go into the Heroes Guild I get a minor ammount of choppiness). Will I have problems running newer games like Half Life 2 or Battlefield 2? Also, I have 2 games right now - Call of Duty, which I love, but I stopped playing it early because I liked Fable way better.... One of my favorite games of all time. I'm going to the mall today and I'm just trying to get some suggestions on what I should get next. I was thinking about Battlefield 2 or Call of Duty 2, but I don't know any games like Fable. Are there any other good free form games where you can choose your path like Fable? Any other good RPGs or even Strategy games? I'm sorry - I'm very new to PC games. All of the desktops I've had before didn't have the power to play them.

Xbox 360 games that AREN'T shooting or sports?.. HELP!!? My dilema is that I paid over $400 for an xbox360 yet all the games are the same S**t , sports, & war simulations.... & I'm not into all that I'm not the typical man who is crazy about sports and guns, I like games you can mess around & just have a good fun time in , you know? Yahoo Games.? Dear yahoo, can you please explain why you are charging a fee just to play or download your games, this upsets me because I cant afford the unfair $19.99 charge. Until now I really enjoyed Yahoo Games as I liked to play them in my spare time but can no do so because you are charging this fee for almost every game, which is absolutely outragous. My favorite game was Pile Up and I liked to play that alot but will no longer because you now are charging for it. My mom also liked to play several of theese games, but now she cant either because you charge the $19.99 for them to, why is this? Another reason I am so upset is because you only allow for someone to play thease games for a very short time before you stop our game while we are right in the middle of it and you wont let us start playing again unless we pay this fee. What other games, like chess, are 100% skill? (Not video games or... All card games have luck in them. All games that use dice have luck in them. Chess is probably the best example of a theoretically 100% skill intellectual game. I guess checkers is an example also so don't bother mentioning checkers. Checkers is lame compared to chess anyway, not complex enough. Don't bother mentioning video games or sports because I'm not looking for those kinds of games. Whoever gives the best example, in my opinion, will get the best answer. Okay I meant all card games where you deal cards out, which is most of them, have luck involved.

If a person was to buy a game at a discount retailer as opposed to a full price store, will the game manufacturer still make the same amount of money? what games did you play as a child? i mean like playgroud gamesor playing games not like board games n stuff...i remember playing clapping games,skipping games with a huge long skipping rope in the playground, elastic again a huge elastic with a girl either end holding the elastic around their legs while you played til you were out,lol...in and out the dusty bluebells(with the boys,lol), cats cradle...ball against the wall games, making up dance routines to songs... and so on...id love to hear some as i dont remember a lot of the details of the games and id love to play some now,lol...anyone got any more??? i have also put this under games but singles and dating is a highly viewed category so im putting it here too ;0)

old school NES games? I (like everyone) got an NES in the early 90s. My old games still work and I still play them, but after all these years the same games are getting a liiiittle bit boring. So... Games like ICO? This question has been asked several times on Yahoo Answers but the answers are not yet there. Here is the question: Are there any PS2 or XBox games like ICO for PS2? This is my all time favorite game and would very much appreciate any games that might be out there like it. I don't mind games like Shadow of Colussus that includes the problem solving and great graphics and sound with first palyer attack strategies as long as the game is centered in adventure with problem solving. I know there is nothing out there as good as ICO but anyone with suggestions?

why when i go yahoo games i don't get the list of card games+backgammon or chess etc anymore??.? when i open yahoo games home page its the same as always except my list of card games,board games etc is missing.my page shows yahoo games presents up the top[as it should,in my case habbo hotel] then under that it goes to featured game pool,and then yahooligans near the bottom of the page. what i would like to know is where has my list of card games etc gone to? this happened after i downloaded mahjong jade expidition from yahoo games.have uninstalled /deleted everything i could find to do with this but my yahoo games homepage is still not what it should be.the only way i have found to get the original gameshome page is from the gameshome page i get now[minus the list of card games etc] and then right clicking and selecting cached snapshot of page .this gets me where i want but i really want my original homepage back....any answers or ideas would be great ..Thanks. ...p.s this has got nothing to do with java or clearing my browser.done that.

best games for systems like ps2, xbox,? i am thinking about buying my husband some games for x-mas he is 38 y/o and of course male.. i know he is into wrestling and racing games but others as well he has PS2, xbox, game cube, nintendo 64, super nintendo and regular nintendo i am looking for some ideas of games, can you tell me your favorite games .. ** i know the nintendo games would be hard to fine, but what about the other systems *** ya'll are super awesome .. thanks a bunch :) and for the sore loser b/f i know how you feel.. hubby is the same way, we bought a bowling game and though its in fun he tries throwing me off to when i start doing good but we love our men so what we gonna do? i guess just deal with them ;)

PS3 games vs. Xbox 360 games? Are there any games on the Playstation 3 that will not be out for the Xbox 360? If so, what games will the Playstation 3 have that won't be on the Xbox 360? Are there any games on the Xbox 360 that won't be on the Playstation 3? If so what games will the Xbox 360 have that the PS3 won't have. I am thinking about buying one of them, but once I buy one, that's the company I will stay with forever. Why? So I can make one solid linup of games. Which company do you think I should stick with? Computer Games: Are they really Good? Young is indeed a definition that implicates the little (depends on the person) maturity gained by an individual during the course of time, that he/she spent in learning skills from the days of infancy. The child tends to learn certain things during the early stages, though, once reached the age criteria of Teens, certain activities tend to be eliminated from their personal action skills list. One such thing is the present "computer gaming society". The Gamers are included in a wide span of age catogories, starting from 2 or 3 years to elders! (even,<65) Although, this community tends to spend time on "Computer gaming", others perception is that, "it is a lack of responsibility displayed by one such gaming individual".Therfore, my questions are, 1. Who Plays games more Female or Males--age criteria? 2. Does gaming display a property attributing towards "irresponsible activities"? if so give reasons. 3. Do you play computer-games, and do you enjoy them, what are the benifits?

Games on a 16:9 Monitor? Hi, I hope a wise computer whiz out there can help me. Here is my question: I just got a 20.1" widescreen monitor that displays screen resolution 1680x1050 @ 60Hz very nicely (aspect ratio 16:9). The problem is: Many of my games do not specifically support 1680x1050. As a result, I have to either run these games in a window, rather than full-screen, or have the game at full-screen but the game gets stretched side-to-side. My question: Is there some quick, easy, and hassle-free way to have my screen switch to a 4:3 aspect ratio (with blank sidebars) for games that don't support a 16:9 aspect ratio at 1680x1050?
