my brother lost my psp is there a way to get it back?

and to top that off he lost his friend's game and my 1 gig with all my homebrew. should i try and force my brother to pay up or is there another way. he said sony has a way to track them down like gps but i doubt it?he thinks he lost it at school with low battery and has a suspion on who has it but i think it may be a dead end. he told me that the person said his battery died down and that he couldn't charge it because he got his charger wet and thinks he lieing. so is he paronoid? i have the oringinal box and it has serial number for registration. can i use that for something? i also do not go to the same school as my brother and also should i beat him up or loose all hope?

How did he lose it? And why did you let him take it at all? At any rate, I think you're out of luck. Don't beat your brother up - it's partially your fault for letting him take it.
