how do i take out my gps receiver?
i have a dodge ram 3500 and i need to remove the gps receiver from it. where is it located? it was installed at the factory.

- you want to remove it or disable it. find the antenna wire and cut it..... After some searching it appears to be part of the radio. There should be two antenna cables going to the radio. one from the regular am/fm antenna and one from the GPS antenna on the roof. it probably unplugs or unscrews from the back of the radio. without the antenna the receiver won't receiv the satellite signals and won't send your coordinates back to home base...
