How do I extract data from my GPS receiver?
I have recently purchased a GPD receiver. I works OK with microsoft autoroute, however it only show the current position. I would like to be able to extract the route that I have taken

- Older versions of autoroute only allow you to show your current position. I use magellan Map Send. I believe it works with most gps because the output/input is standard to enable different boat instruments to work together. Map Send allows you to upload/download waypoints routes backtracks etc. I used it to make up a route from my home to another address 205 miles away. I put in all the turns at junctions, lights etc. Saved it to my gps and when I used the route it was accurate to feet!. Hope this helps Dave B
