One of the best is the small GPS receiver that is available with Microsoft Streets & Trips 2007.... however, you can ONLY use it with a laptop or PC... it cannot display anything without a computer.
Pretty much any GPS receiver, regardless of manufacture can be connected to a PC. It depends on what you want to do on the PC to base a good recommendation.
