Where is Osama Ben Laden?
If parents have the ability to monitor their kid’s whereabouts with Global Positioning System, Car Chips & GPS-enabled cell phones etc~ why can’t anyone locate Ben Laden?

- Last time I saw OBL on one of his home-made videos, I didn't notice a GPS watch on his wrist, did you? I doubt his mommy and daddy keep track of him anymore. Also, Pakistan and Afghanistan are not the most technologically advanced nations in the world, so using technology to track him down is substantially less effective than simply putting agents in the field. Most people today are still tracked down using good 'ol investigative techniques (questioning suspects, tracking bank activity, stakeouts, etc.) than tracking phone calls.
