  1. none! there's no gps available in the philippines.
  2. So far, the National Mapping Center located in Fort Bonifacio in front of Wellnes Gymnasium has available data or software for all its gps. I dont think they will going to sale that to civilians. If you need some help you can call me +639184446474
  3. A company in Makati called PDR has this kind of technology and they had been usuing it for quite some time now. But Im not sure if they'll sell this technology. They offer mapping services, sort of. The software was imported abroad and it might be wise to contact the supplier itself. Usually, these kind of softwares isn't that easy to obtain, you need credentials and a LOT of money.
  4. I am currently using a Furuno 1680 integrated Nav system on my boat. Map software is available from Navionics and C-Map. I am using Navionics, and the cahrts apperar to be fairly accurate within themselves, except that you may need to offset them for some regions. Subic Bay and Manila Bay are right on the money, but Puerto Galera and Busuanga are about 100 - 200m off at some points especially on lower zooms. Always check reference points when entering a region you aren't familiar with.
