Hosting Online Games and Web Server- ive been trying to do this and ive bypassed the router but still dnt work

When you say "hosting online games", I take it you have a server, and we're not talking about peer-to-peer online gaming. Does your computer have a public IP address, and if so what is it? Make sure you provide your friends with the public IP address for your computer and not the router - unless you setup NAT correctly to point to your PC from the router (or hardware firewall if that's what you are using). Have you correctly installed IIS? Make sure you have, and patch it to the latest version. Then check the folder and site permissions.
