game download?

im trying 2 download Sims 2 (its an EA game) for pc but it gives an error and says that a file is unavalible when i enter disk 1 (there are 4 disks) anyone know how fix that?????? (i already tried closing the backround tasks) or anyone know the electronic art's number so i can call them up???

i would try also turning off autorun on your cd drive. That can cause issues.
