there are some sites that allows you to do that but for old games or demos.usually the cd or dvd games format have codes and user license.go to the nearest store and ask them for christmas promotionis the best thing to do.
you can't get any free psp games on 3.01, or homebrew [old games consoles such as megadrives games etc] wait it out & maybe sometime in the future there will be a way.
