Will games downloaded from e-games harm my computer?

Please don't answer just yes or no. I need details and how you know your information. Our son wants to download a golf game from e-games.com . I don't know the reputation of this company and couldn't find anything positive or negative online. My concern is that we might find ourselves infected with a virus or spyware. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

It seems safe enough to me. SiteAdvisor indicates that it's a "green" site. In fact, a lot of the games I see on egames.com are also on Yahoo games, and I have a Trymedia game on my pc and I don't have viruses or spyware.
Maybe Great Day games would be better.. free games with no download. http://www.greatdaygames.com
