Best GPS tracking devices for under $500.00!?!?

What GPS tracking devices do you all suggest? I would like to get one, i live on the east coast, i dont wanna spend over 500.00 for one. One with voice that tells street names would be nice..but is it worth the extra 200.00 or so bucks? and when it says "take a left 500 feet ahead" does it show the name of the road in text on the screen?

Nothing Look on ebay or overstock.com...thats wher ei got mine for $254
Garmin IQ3600...its a PDA and a GPS...has voice and graphics on the screen...you can find it on buy.com cheap.
