- Are you expecting someone to write your synopsis?
- Do you have a question? By the way, I don't understand what the project is that you are proposing to do. Don't you just buy a GPS unit, install it in your vehicle and voila! GPS vehicle tracking? Perhaps this is one of the questions you need to address in your synopsis.
