Need GPS portable system for my car...looked on costco.com which model would be best so I stop getting lost!!?

I'm not sure if I need to do anything but plug into the cigarette lighter in the car. Not interested in anything but stop getting lost all the time. Also, would you need to reload a program because street names change? Lowest price would be great as long as I can stop getting lost
