as far as i know its just verizon that has the VZnavigator feature, that feature is either $9.99 a month or $2.99 a day and only uses airtime when u r downloading the addresses your going to and if u happen to get off course and it has to redownload your new location. i work for verizon but have t-mobile i wanna try that feature out it seems kinda cool.
No, only Verizon has that serive right now. With their new Razr M.
No Cingular does not have it, they are expected to release a new V3i, this is going to be their 3g version, I'm sure it will be comprable to Verizon's V3m. Hope this helps.
