To Gps or not to Gps?
What if we gave an option to Reporters going overseas to install Gps units in their persona? Incase of a kidnapping. What if (tho unethical) but under the radar we install Gps units on terrorist inmates most likley to know high power people like Bin Ladin or second in command, why not release them. It would cause some sort of threat but what if that one guy leads us to him?

- Well only place you could mount a GPS in terrorist is in his bunghole, and that wouldnt work cause his buddies would find it right away. And reporters are for the most part ALL bunghole and you couldnt decide where to put it.
- OK! Just as soon as I stop laughing at that last answer you will be severely reprimended! How dare you talk about reporters like that!
- That's great but terrorists aren't idiots. In fact, many of those responsible for nine eleven were regretably trained by our own CIA. These guys have the instruments to detect these sorts of devices and it is unlikely that they would receive anyone at any of the their HQ's. Most likely, they'll take him (or her in certain cases) to a relay station somewhere in the middle of nowhere, examine him, possibly interrogate him, and search for any of these sorts of devices. In the end it could take months to years before he ever sees HQ again, if he is not yet killed.
