Can someone tell me how to track a navigator like tom tom or magellan on my laptop?

I have a navigator in a company vehicle and I want to be able to monitor where the vehicle is currently located from my laptop through the GPS system. Anybody that knows anything to help would be great!!! Thanks.

Unless your GPS device is capable of broadcasting its position, it cannot be done.
