how do i install a gps system in a vehicle or to a cell phone?
i want to track destinations of my boyfriend.

Lots of luck, dear. First, not even legal. Second, costs way too much. You would not only need a transponder to transmit the signal, but some way to receive it and then track it. City's do this on their 911 boards to keep track of their police cruisers etc. but their systems cost far more than you have to spend on your lack of trust for your boy friend.
