I think, try google earth
Yes you can. You can find programs at Dell Computers that run on laptops. www.dell.com GOod Luck
Microsoft Streets and Trips offers a version with a small sized GPS that can be used as a GPS system on a notebook. There are other portable GPSes that can also be used in conjunction with Streets and Trips (or other mapping softwares) to give full GPS capabilities on the notebook. Note: GPS receivers need line of site to the satellites. So, you will need to be near a large window or, better, outside for the GPS to work effectively.
I'm sure someone makes a GPS PCMCIA card but why would you want to do that when you can by a handheld with a USB port that allows you to interface it to most any PC. http://www.gpsworld.com/gpsworld/
Yes. My laptop has GPS in it now. Buy the GPS receiver and you also need the map in your pc. The maps are about 5 gigs in size. Make sure you have a really fast laptop. Check on ebay. Make sure you don't get a GPS receiver called AyAy Sir. Their products sucks. They claim its bullet proof. Its made of 1 millimeter of steel. lol
